The Bay Area Performance Improvement Network is very pleased to announce its 4th Annual Executive Performance Improvement Summit, September 5, 2017, at The California Endowment Center for Healthy Communities in Oakland, California.
This Summit focuses on principles-driven leadership in the pursuit of perfection as a foundation for organizational transformation.
Since Value Capture’s Bay Area office opened in 2016, we have been honored to collaborate with the leaders of BAPIN toward fulfilling its mission – bridging leaders of healthcare improvement in the Bay Area. The Executive Performance Improvement Summit is a key opportunity to bring together performance improvement professionals and senior and executive leaders to foster a deeper understanding of the culture of transformational improvement, and to engage in frank discussions about the challenges and successes involved in achieving and sustaining such a culture.
