In this webinar, experienced leaders shared their real-world experiences in transforming care and services across the perioperative landscape.
The perioperative landscape includes all stages of patient care before, during, and after surgery, encompassing preoperative assessments, surgical procedures, and post-operative recovery. This dynamic environment involves multiple stakeholders, from surgeons and anesthesiologists to nurses and support staff, all working together to ensure patient safety, effective outcomes, and timely procedures.
Our expert panelists explored how to navigate the complexities of this ever-evolving field, focusing on the critical challenges of creating lasting change within institutions that operate under financial constraints, tight labor markets, and varying patient needs. They shared strategies for fostering collaboration, overcoming resistance to change, and implementing sustainable improvements in a high-stakes, high-pressure environment.
