The Essentials of Excellence: An Overview of the Shingo Model

This 4-hour virtual session will equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of organizational excellence by exploring key principles, behaviors, and systems as outlined in the Shingo Model. Participants will engage in discussions and hands-on activities to explore and apply the Shingo principles. This session will include a "Go & Observe" opportunity to identify and analyze the practical application of the Shingo principles within the organization.
This activity will provide participants with a practical understanding of the Shingo Model's principles and how they drive organizational excellence through ideal behaviors and robust systems

- Understand the Principles of Organizational Excellence: Delve into the Shingo Model's guiding principles, emphasizing continuous improvement and respect for every individual.
