Since joining us in 2007, he's partnered with healthcare leaders to build the systems and capabilities needed to deliver safer, more effective healthcare, while engaging every person in meaningful, continuous improvement. Based in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, Jose takes a hands-on, data-driven approach that's grounded in lean thinking, PDCA/A3 cycles, and team-based problem solving. He supports clients in strategy deployment, facility and service design, process improvement, and building daily management systems that foster long-term performance and resilience. Jose finds purpose in helping healthcare organizations care not only for their patients, but also for their people. One project he's especially proud of involved helping a client implement a collaborative care model that significantly improved outcomes, including reducing length of stay, cost per case, readmissions, and preventable mortality, while creating more than 100 process standards ad a highly engaged team contributing over 120 improvement ideas per month.
