HBR Ken Segel Article Value Capture

This article describes successful countermeasures taken by a number of health systems to tear down the value-destroying barriers that bureaucratic structures throw up.

Ken notes that in many organizations,

However, there are tried-and-true methods to defeat this, most notably lean daily management systems and a real-time problem-solving approach to eliminating workplace injuries.
