Pittsburgh, PA, March 12, 2025 – The Value Capture Trusted Advisory consulting group announces the promotion of Shana Padgett to CEO of Value Capture, effective March 17, 2025. She is taking over from Ken Segel, who will remain with Value Capture as Chief Relationship Officer.

Padgett has served as a Vice President for Advisory Services for two years, overseeing the Value Capture Way, training, and strategy while continuing to provide Trusted Advisory coaching support to several transformational leaders and accounts. For seven years prior, Shana served as a Senior Advisor for Value Capture, helping her clients accomplish some of the most significant and sustainable improvements in safety, access, quality and operational improvement across healthcare.
In his new role, Segel will continue working to grow Value Capture’s network of trusted leaders using the principles and our support to drive performance, including being able to spend more time coaching and helping customers, while continuing his thought-leadership activities to help advance the field. Padgett is a Certified Facilitator and Examiner for the prestigious Shingo Institute; a Six Sigma Black Belt (Johnson and Johnson), an Epic Certified Analyst and Trainer across several domains, and a Fierce Conversations Facilitator, among many other certifications and affiliations.
